Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

This Campaign is open only to legal residents of the State of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of The Ford Group, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and the decisions of The Ford Group, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Campaign.

3. Campaign Period

Entries will be accepted beginning on November 1, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. EST and ending on November 16, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST. All entries must be received by the closing date to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

You may enter the Campaign in one of the following ways during the Campaign Period:

(a) By completing the entry form at www.clintaford.com/piegiveaway, including your name, address, and favorite pie,
OR
(b) By commenting on The Ford Group’s official giveaway post on any of the following platforms with your favorite kind of pie:

• Facebook

• Instagram

• Google (Business Profile)

• LinkedIn

• TikTok

Only one entry per person will be accepted, regardless of the method or number of platforms used. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Ford Group. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

5. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) pie of their choice, valued up to $30.00 USD. Each pie will be purchased locally and delivered or made available for pickup prior to Thanksgiving 2025.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $150.00 USD.

No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at The Ford Group’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including but not limited to federal, state, or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all platforms.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by random drawing on November 17, 2025, under the supervision of The Ford Group, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.

Winners will be notified via email, phone, or direct message on the platform where they entered within 48 hours of selection.

If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, or fails to timely return any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Receipt of the prize by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and these Official Rules.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering, You grant The Ford Group, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, and anyone acting on its behalf, the right to use your name, city, and statements about the Campaign for publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms & Conditions

The Ford Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control affect the administration, security, or fairness of the Campaign.

The Ford Group also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil law; if such attempt is made, The Ford Group reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless The Ford Group, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors, as well as Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok, from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:
(i) participation in the Campaign;
(ii) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize;
(iii) technical failures of any kind;
(iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; or
(v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Campaign or processing of entries.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok. You understand that you are providing your information to The Ford Group, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and not to these platforms.

12. Disputes

This Campaign is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law doctrines. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Ohio having jurisdiction. Entrants further waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.

13. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on www.clintaford.com/privacy-policy. Information will be used solely for the purpose of contacting winners and administering this giveaway.

To obtain a copy of the Winners’ names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope by December 31, 2025, to:
